Integration and training

Your program will include a group integration session designed to get you off to the best possible start. You will then follow a personalised training programme, regardless of whether you are a beginner or a more advanced trainee.
You will be provided with support throughout your career development through a wide range of training courses, a strong knowledge management policy and assistance in obtaining the certifications recognised in the world of project management (PMP, Prince2, SMaP, SAFE, etc.).

Opportunities for development and mobility

setec eocen will give you the opportunity to develop throughout your career, in a variety of ways: as a team manager, managing a cross-functional role such as Knowledge Management, or Quality and Safety Manager… there are plenty of opportunities.
There is also a wide range of opportunities for mobility: transferring to another region or area of expertise, joining a company within the setec group, or an opportunity abroad are just some of the possibilities offered by eocen.
