setec eocen is the european reference for the management of complex industrial projects.
Our consultants work with our clients in Europe and Canada assisting with their projects. Our assignments are diverse: PMO, data management, implementation of project management tools, change management, consulting and training. We provide our expertise to industry leaders such as Airbus, Safran, EDF, Engie, Orano, Framatome, Alstom and Naval Group, helping them to achieve their major projects (zero-emission aircraft, new nuclear reactors, offshore wind farms, high-speed trains, maintenance of military installations, etc.).
