This transnational project, managed from France, involves designing and building two new-generation vaccine production plants, one in Neuville-sur-Saône and one in Singapore.

The projec :
Design studies for production buildings common to both plants, creation of the new plant in Asia, construction activities, commissioning and associated qualifications, as well as coordination with the process entities for future vaccines.
The added value of eocen :
- Based on a master plan developed from the basic design, setec eocen coordinated the creation and implementation of all detailed schedules.
- Managing the numerous interfaces between the different stakeholders is a key aspect of this project.
- The combined schedule incorporating these interfaces made it possible to identify the critical path and the areas to monitor.
