In order to reduce the INB source term, the Orano La Hague site aimed to increase the storage capacity of Pools C, D and E. This strategic project for Orano was intended to help reduce the source term in the facilities at various French sites.
The project :
Create new, smaller containers by modifying the Pools’ cooling system.

Planning made it possible to measure the impact of project changes on deadlines on a weekly basis, while maintaining day-to-day control over the scheduling and progress of ongoing activities. eocen has also helped to better organise and structure the management of changes to the project.
