The project:

Airbus Helicopters’ Engineering Operational PMO (ETOP) needed planning expertise to establish a complete operational schedule for the Tiger programme’s design office. The requirement then evolved into a standard PMO service to ensure the over-all management of the budget (support and monitoring) and workload (resource management) relating to the Tiger programme’s activities.
