Following the merger of two groups to create a single entity, for reasons of unity and consistency, it was necessary to converge project management practices. The challenge was to ensure that a large number of users were rapidly trained in the selected Planisware PPM (Project and Portfolio Management) solution and to consolidate their skills. 

The project :

Supporting change management by enabling project staff to develop their skills using a digital tool.

  • Measure user maturity levels on a monthly basis 

Suggested improvements to project management processes and tools, with definition of the load/capacity matching process.
