Providing support for the ZEROe pre-programme, a zero-emission hydrogen-powered aircraft

Missions
  • Support the central pre-programme team and the 7 multi-functional teams.
  • Be responsible for implementing processes and promoting best practice and project management tools: integrated planning, EVM, cost management, risk and opportunity management, resource management, external funding management, etc.

Reducing the impact of aviation on climate change is vital for the aeronautics industry – and therefore for Airbus, which has committed to targets of a 50% reduction in CO2 emissions by 2050, compared with 2005 levels.

This means exploring a number of options for both the short term (2020-2030) and the medium term (2030+).

The project :

The scope of the ZEROe pre-programme is the evaluation, development and positioning in the value chain of several decarbonisation options to be made available at industrial level by 2035: energy, CO2 capture, aircraft and associated technologies.

eocen’s added value :

  • The proactive approach and adaptability of our consultants in a constantly changing environment, due to the nature of the project (technical challenges to be met, interaction with multiple external partners, etc.).
  • The deployment of efficient and consistent project management practices across the entire pre-programme.
