Reducing the impact of aviation on climate change is vital for the aeronautics industry – and therefore for Airbus, which has committed to targets of a 50% reduction in CO2 emissions by 2050, compared with 2005 levels.
This means exploring a number of options for both the short term (2020-2030) and the medium term (2030+).
The project :
The scope of the ZEROe pre-programme is the evaluation, development and positioning in the value chain of several decarbonisation options to be made available at industrial level by 2035: energy, CO2 capture, aircraft and associated technologies.
eocen’s added value :
- The proactive approach and adaptability of our consultants in a constantly changing environment, due to the nature of the project (technical challenges to be met, interaction with multiple external partners, etc.).
- The deployment of efficient and consistent project management practices across the entire pre-programme.
